Hollyfield House supported living in Sutton

A lively home where independence and friendships grow together
Hollyfield House is a welcoming three-story home in Sutton, designed to balance independence with community. With five thoughtfully designed flats – three self-contained and two with shared spaces – everyone has the comfort of privacy alongside opportunities to connect.
Each flat has its own en-suite, and there are two cosy lounges plus a bright communal kitchen and dining space at the heart of the home where meals, laughter, and daily activities bring people together. Outside, the garden is a favourite spot for summer barbecues and gardening.
Just a short walk from Sutton’s bustling High Street and train station, the home is perfectly placed for enjoying local shops, cafés, and activity centres.
Guided by our Strive model of support, our team help each person shape a life full of choice, connection, and belonging. Hollyfield is more than a place to live – it’s a place to thrive.
