Quality
Quality isn’t a checklist. It’s our culture. Because for the people we support and their families, quality matters every day.
It’s in the small moments – being listened to, building confidence and enjoying meaningful lives. And in the big ones – protecting people, championing their rights and making sure they feel safe every day.
At ivolve, quality is everyone’s responsibility. We work as a collective to deliver care that is safe, responsive and truly person-centred.
What quality means at ivolve.
Quality in care is about more than compliance. It’s about the everyday experiences of the people we support. That’s why we don’t wait for inspectors to define good support. We set high expectations for ourselves and continually raise the bar.
When it comes to people’s lives, good should never stand still. That means:
- Listening and responding to feedback we receive
- Supporting people to live meaningful, independent lives
- Providing skilled, compassionate colleagues that really care
- Working openly with families, professionals and commissioners
- Continually learning, improving and evolving our support
How we ensure quality everyday
Quality doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through strong systems, skilled teams and
continuous learning. Across ivolve we ensure high standards through:
Listening and acting
We gather feedback from people we support, families and professionals to see what’s working well and where we can improve.
Continuous improvement
Our teams review performance through internal audits, service reviews and quality monitoring to continually strengthen support.
Specialist expertise
Our internal teams, including PBS, psychology, occupational therapy and SALT, help guide high quality care and support.
Digital care planning
We use Nourish, a digital care planning system, to accurately track outcomes and monitor support across our homes in real-time.
Co-produced support
Through co-production, people we support actively shape the support they receive and help influence improvements.
Regulatory Excellence
Quality is also supported through independent regulation and inspection. ivolve homes are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England and the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) in Wales. We are regulated by:

- These independent regulators assess quality in our homes and ensure transparency and accountability across the sector.
- But for us, regulation is just the starting point. Our own internal quality culture allows us to identify improvements early and support teams to continually develop the quality of care they provide.
- Because true quality isn’t something you prepare for once a year. It’s something you work on every day.
Our Quality Ethos
Quality thrives when everyone feels responsible for it. Across ivolve, colleagues are encouraged to speak up, share ideas and challenge anything that could be better.
- The standard we walk past is the standard we accept
- Learning and reflection help services improve
- Strong leadership creates safe and supportive environments
- Great care comes from empowered teams
By working together, and always focusing on the people we support, we create environments where quality becomes part of everyday life.
