Support is shaped around each person’s goals, routines and experiences. Through Strive, our model of support, we help people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs to build confidence, develop everyday skills and take meaningful steps towards greater independence. Specialist in-house PBS input, multidisciplinary team (MDT) expertise and trauma-informed approaches help us understand what matters to each person and adapt support as needs change.
Life at Spring Road extends well beyond the front door, with local shops, cafés, green spaces and community amenities within walking distance, alongside opportunities to enjoy shared activities and new experiences.
