Once a local pub, now full of life and purpose – Ty Seren is a unique, six-bedroom home that supports adults with autism and learning disabilities.
It’s a place of colour, character and connection, with games rooms, lounges and a garden designed for activity and interaction. People here are supported to build their skills and confidence – attending day centres, colleges, and clubs in the wider community.
Support is guided by our Strive model of care and shaped around individual goals, helping them grow at their own pace in an environment that celebrates who they are and where they’re going.
