Complex Nursing Care Home in Llanishen, Cardiff

A new beginning, shaped by warmth, stability and expert care.
Opening Summer 2026, Ty Heulog is our new 32-bedroom nursing home in Llanishen, Cardiff – created for adults who need specialist nursing care, delivered with warmth and reassurance. It will support those with mental health needs, complex neurological needs or acquired brain injuries, people with dementia and those living with Huntington’s Disease.
Ty Heulog is being designed with everyday comfort in mind: spaces to socialise when it feels right, quieter areas for rest and reflection, and beautiful outdoor areas including landscaped gardens, a sensory garden and courtyard space.
Our support is shaped around the whole person. Alongside nursing-led care, people will be supported by a wider clinical approach including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech & Language Therapy, with Positive Behaviour Support and specialist input when needed.
Our Strive model helps people build the foundations for a fuller life – combining meaningful routines, relationships and outcomes that reflect what matters to each person.
Several of our Welsh nursing homes also hold accreditations with Headway and the Huntington’s Disease Association, adding reassurance of our specialist expertise.
