The Elms is a fully adapted six-bed bungalow, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical health needs and dementia. Its single-storey layout includes an accessible wet room with Arjo bath, large communal areas and a spacious garden for relaxation and activity.
Support here is calm, consistent and clinically informed – shaped in partnership with occupational therapists, speech and language specialists and PBS practitioners. This is a place where people feel safe, respected and empowered, with daily routines that support wellbeing, mobility and independence.
