Set in Hengoed, The Elms is a welcoming six-bedroom supported living bungalow for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical health needs and other complex needs. Its fully adapted, single-storey layout offers accessible shared living, with a spacious lounge and dining area, five ensuite bedrooms along one hallway and a further bedroom with access to a shared bathroom near the kitchen and utility room.

The home includes a wheelchair-accessible wet room, a separate bathroom with an Arjo bath, and space for hoists and other mobility equipment. Outside, a large garden, patio and raised accessible planters invite people to relax, socialise and enjoy activities together.

Life at The Elms is sociable and active, with regular opportunities to get out and connect with the community. Through Strive, our model of care, specialist in-house Positive Behaviour Support and our multidisciplinary team approach, support is calm, consistent and shaped around each person’s wellbeing, communication, mobility and growing independence.
