Our Rotherham Supported Living service specialises in supporting young adults that are in education and living at home or living at other services. We’re here when they want to develop their daily living skills or want to achieve new goals and aspirations. We also support people to live independently but also with colleagues on hand to support them if they need anything.

Our Rotherham flats comprise of three self-contained apartments, enabling service users to progress through their care pathway and further develop their independent living skills within a supported living environment. The apartments are situated nearby to our Rotherham service but have their own separate entrance. They each have their own bedroom, bathroom and living space which enables individuals to develop their independent living skills in a homely environment.

The flats benefit from 24 hour staffing and there is a separate staff flat where staff can withdraw when support is not required.

Our Rotherham flats are situated on Gerard road and is close to a wealth of community facilities.  The people we support can also enjoy the wide range of attractions that Rotherham has to offer such as the Magna science adventure centre, Clifton Park aswell as educational opportunities and leisure facilities. There are excellent transport links with the service being close to a main bus route as well as the M18 and M1 motorways.
