Preston is a CQC-rated Good residential home in Fulwood, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex support needs. It has a warm, sociable feel, with plenty of space for people to spend time together while still having quieter areas to enjoy at their own pace.

The home has seven bedrooms across two floors. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and five are upstairs, with all bedrooms benefiting from their own ensuite wet room.  Shared spaces include a large communal kitchen, a main lounge for spending time together, a quieter second lounge, modern laundry facilities and a secure wraparound garden with seating, a BBQ area and space to enjoy the outdoors.

Guided by our Strive model of support, colleagues work alongside each person to build confidence, independence and meaningful experiences. This is strengthened by specialist in-house Positive Behaviour Support and a trauma-informed approach, bringing the right expertise together around each person.
