Poplars is a warm and established residential home in Horley, Surrey, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and other complex needs. For many people, Poplars has been home for over 15 years, creating a settled, supportive environment where lasting relationships and meaningful routines flourish.
The detached six-bedroom home features 6 rooms, three or which are en-suite, two spacious communal lounges, a shared dining area and a large, beautifully maintained garden filled with colourful flowers and peaceful spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Within a short walk are cafés, parks, community facilities and local shops, helping people stay connected to the place they call home.
Support at Poplars is shaped around each person’s goals, strengths and aspirations. Through our Strive model of care, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) expertise and multidisciplinary approach, we help people develop independence, access opportunities, maintain their health and wellbeing, and build fulfilling lives within their local community.
