Just 20 miles north of London, in leafy Hertfordshire, Ware is a popular riverside town close to the county town of Hertford. As a historical market town, some of the buildings along the High Street date back to the 14th century. Places of interest in the town include Ware Museum, Ventura Wildlife’s Zoological Gardens, Scotts Grotto, Bluecoat Yard, and the Maltmaker Statue.

It’s a well-serviced town with a good range of sports and recreation facilities, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Popis Gardens is a ten-minute walk from the High Street.

By design this property provides the occupier with sole use compromising of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner, lounge including a secure garden area to the rear.
