Park Avenue is 4-bedroom Supported Living home located in Salfords, Surrey.

We are based in a quiet cul de sac and have a large spacious rear garden and a driveway. All our people we support have easy access to the nearby bus and train stations which is only 5 minutes by foot.

We’re also just a 2-minute walk to Salfords shops and regularly go for nature walks nearby in Earlswood.

The support our adults receive is person centred and our days are planned to enable our people we support to access all of their choices and explore new opportunities and experiences.

We have a long-standing team of experienced support workers who provide 24-hour care, supporting our adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.

All colleagues are PROACT-SCIPr-UK® trained. PROACT-SCIPr-UK® is a ‘whole approach’ to working with adults with learning disabilities. It follows the positive behaviour support model and focuses on proactive methods to avoid triggers which may lead to behavioural challenges.
