Surrounded by countryside near Bridgend, North Lodge offers space to settle, breathe and build a life around what matters to each person. The home combines four individual flats with two separate bedrooms, shared kitchens and welcoming communal lounges, alongside a garden designed for quieter moments and time together.
Life here can stretch well beyond the front door. People with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs are supported to enjoy hydrotherapy, college, volunteering, community projects and outdoor activities, building confidence through routines shaped around individual goals and interests.
Our Strive model helps keep that support purposeful and personal, with specialist in-house PBS input, multidisciplinary expertise and a trauma-informed approach available around each person. By working closely with families, professionals and the people we support, North Lodge creates a steady foundation for greater independence, meaningful relationships and everyday moments that feel genuinely their own.
