6-bed supported living in Chesterfield – empowering adults with learning disabilities and autism to lead flourish lives.

A home where people learn new skills, grow in confidence and lead flourishing lives.
Loundsley is a warm and welcoming supported living home in Chesterfield, rated Good by the CQC. It’s designed to help up to six adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live as independently as possible.
Five people have their own en-suite bedroom, alongside shared spaces including a bright lounge, garden, and there’s a self-contained flat for someone ready to take the next step towards greater independence. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly – laughter is part of daily life, and everyone is encouraged to be themselves.
Our approach is guided by our Strive model of support, helping people feel safe, connected, and empowered to shape a life they love. With beautiful Derbyshire countryside nearby and Chesterfield town centre just a short walk away, it’s a place full of opportunity – where confidence grows and belonging comes naturally.
