Kedleston Road has been beautifully reimagined into four self-contained flats for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Each flat has its own ensuite bedroom, kitchen, and open living-dining space – offering comfort, privacy, and the freedom to live life on your own terms.
The home has been designed with safety and independence in mind, with adaptable features such as isolatable mains and ramp access to the ground-floor flats. There’s also a shared garden at the back, a communal WC for visitors, and parking at the front.
