Glenfield is a vibrant residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, OCD and those with behaviours of concern. With six en-suite bedrooms and 24-hour care – including 2:1 and 1:1 support and two waking night colleagues – it’s a lively, safe and engaging place to live.
The rest of the home is a shared environment, with a living room, large conservatory dining room, a kitchen and a sensory room to support those who need emotional and sensory regulation. Outside, there’s a large garden with a patio, a swing, and plenty of room for enjoying the outdoors in a safe environment.
The people here are energetic and sociable, enjoying community outings, daily walks and routines shaped by our Strive model of support. Most people have lived here for over a decade, so the family feel is real. They’re supported by our stable, long-standing team, who are PBS and epilepsy-trained, bringing warmth, creativity and consistency to the care they deliver every day.
