Fairways
Fairways is a 3 bedroom Supported Living home located in Salfords, Surrey and directly next-door to our Park Avenue house.
We are based in a quiet cul de sac and have a large spacious rear garden and a driveway. A lovely location as we are only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes to Salfords train station.
We have a long-standing team of experienced support workers who provide 24-hour care, supporting our adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.
All colleagues are PROACT-SCIPr-UK® trained. PROACT-SCIPr-UK® is a ‘whole approach’ to working with adults with learning disabilities. It follows the positive behaviour support model and focuses on proactive methods to avoid triggers which may lead to behavioural challenges.
