Residential Care in Carshalton Beeches

Dawson House is a welcoming seven-bedroom home in the quiet neighbourhood of Carshalton Beeches, offering 24-hour support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. Inside, two spacious communal lounges and an open-plan kitchen create relaxed places to spend time together, while every bedroom has its own ensuite. The prize-winning garden is a real heart of the home, with colourful planting, lawn games and a barbecue bringing people together outdoors.

Guided by our Strive model, support builds on each person’s strengths, choices and aspirations. Specialist Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice and multidisciplinary team input help create thoughtful, consistent support.

Community life matters here too. Recently, one person was inspired to volunteer with The Sutton Community Project, helping to pack 87 food boxes for local families. Shops, pubs and Carshalton Beeches station are close by, with Wallington and the 154 bus route offering more opportunities to stay connected.
