Dawson House has a fabulous garden and the team has just made it even better as part of the In Bloom competition where they scooped a prize. They have lawn games and a BBQ too. We’re in a quiet residential area of Carshalton Beeches, just 10 minutes from the train station and local amenities including shops and pubs just a 5 minute stroll.

Nearby Wallington is just 15 minutes walk to the town centre and boasts a wealth of facilities including leisure centres, parks, a library, and a cinema. Inside there are two large communal lounges, an open-plan kitchen, and 7 ensuite bedrooms.

​The team provides 24-hour support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Dawson House is on the main 154 bus route and has great transport links.

This year one of the people we support was inspired to join volunteers at The Sutton Community Project packing food boxes. The team gave out 87 boxes to local families in need!
