Blamsters Cottage is a warm, two-person residential home in Halstead, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex support needs.
Set across two floors, the home blends companionship with the comfort of having space to call your own. A shared kitchen on the ground floor creates a welcoming place for meals, everyday routines and time together, while each person has their own lounge, bedroom and shower room – somewhere to relax, recharge and feel truly at home.
As part of the wider Blamsters Farm community, the Cottage offers opportunities for connection while preserving the calm and familiarity of a smaller setting. Support is shaped around each person through Strive, our model of support, alongside specialist Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice and input from our multidisciplinary team. Together, these approaches help build trust, understand individual experiences and create meaningful opportunities for greater choice, wellbeing and independence.
