Outstanding autism and mental health support in Watford

Building independence and belonging through care that feels personal
At 88 Woodhurst Avenue, every detail has been designed to help people live with choice, purpose and dignity. This Outstanding-rated residential home in Watford supports six individuals with autism and mental health needs.
Each person has their own self-contained bedroom with a bathroom and kitchenette – a private space to call their own – alongside shared kitchens, dining areas and bright communal lounges where friendships can flourish.
Our home holds an Autism Accreditation from the National Autistic Society, meaning families can feel confident in the quality and expertise of the support provided. Our colleagues are trained in Positive Behaviour Support and Skilled Helper approaches, helping people build confidence, explore opportunities and stay connected with their local community.
By working in partnership with families and professionals, we create tailored pathways using our Strive model of support, focused on building greater independence towards a life that feels meaningful.
