Hill End Lane
We have 5 services in St Albans, all providing specialist support. We have four teams based in Hill End and Sovereign House, AL4, close to Highfield park and a range of shops and community services. A further team is a short distance away in Blandford Road AL1. They all specialise in supporting people with Mental Health, Personality Disorders plus Autism, and Aspergers. This includes Autism Accrediation from National Autism Society.
The team gets involved with a range of activities and support including psychoeducational sessions, personal training and exercise, and social outings.

75 Holl End
75 Hill End is a seven-bedroom supported living home in St Albans. This is an all female service for adults who have a mental health, Personality Disorder, Autism and/or ADHD diagnosis. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and there is a communal lounge, kitchen, laundry room, established garden with an outdoor craft hub.
Our colleagues are trained in PECS and Makaton to support people with a range of communication preferences. People are supported to source opportunities of their choosing and to get actively involved in their local community. The team at 75 Hill End have a proven track record in supporting people to fulfil their ambitions and pathway to independent living.
All colleagues have a foundation in PBS and Skilled Helper training supporting people to develop their autonomy.
Sovereign House is a male-only Supported Living scheme on the outside of St Albans city centre, supporting up to 6 individuals with a mental health/Autism diagnosis. Each bedroom is of a generous size with ensuite facilities, alongside communal shower rooms.
There is a large communal modern kitchen/diner which acts as the central hub for those living there. There is a comfy lounge area and a large, well-established garden.
The team at Sovereign House have a proven track record in supporting people to fulfil their ambitions and pathway to independent living. All colleagues have a foundation in PBS and Skilled Helper training supporting people to develop their autonomy and positively engage with their local community.
The MDT support at ivolve can provide every individual with individually tailored programmes of support across our holistic wheel model. The service is overseen by a Registered Manager and Team Leader who are on site Monday to Friday and supported by specialist Autism Consultants who work closely with the MDT. We offer dedicated staff on site 24 hours a day, with personalised one-to-one support where required.
Sovereign House is for males of any age, with Autism/Asperger’s and an associated Mental Health diagnosis.
