​We have 5 services in St Albans, all providing specialist support. We have four teams based in Hill End and Sovereign House, AL4, close to Highfield park and a range of shops and community services. A further team is a short distance away in Blandford Road AL1. They all specialise in supporting people with Mental Health, Personality Disorders plus Autism, and Aspergers. This includes Autism Accrediation from National Autism Society.

The team gets involved with a range of activities and support including psychoeducational sessions, personal training and exercise, and social outings.
