Blamsters Lodge is a warm, four-person residential care home in Halstead, Essex, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, including people who communicate without speech.
Set across two floors, the home offers three downstairs bedrooms, a shared lounge, kitchen and welcoming communal spaces where people can relax, connect and enjoy everyday life together. The ground floor includes a combination of bath and shower facilities, while the upstairs apartment offers additional privacy, with its own kitchen and shower room.
Rated Good by CQC, Blamsters Lodge combines a homely environment with thoughtful, person-led support. Through Strive, our model of support, each person is encouraged to build confidence, develop independence and shape a meaningful life around their own strengths and aspirations. Specialist Positive Behaviour Support input and a multidisciplinary team approach help ensure support remains consistent, responsive and centred around each person’s communication, wellbeing and choices.
