Wolsey House is a well-connected Eccles home where adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and dual diagnoses can build confidence, independence and belonging.

Close to the heart of Eccles, Wolsey House is a welcoming six-person residential home for mixed-gender adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, dual diagnoses and associated complex needs. Each bedroom has an ensuite, while two shared lounges, a communal kitchen and dining area, an additional bathroom and a good-sized garden offer comfortable spaces to connect, unwind and enjoy everyday life.
With shops, cafés, parks and excellent tram, bus and rail links nearby, people can build confidence and stay connected to the wider Manchester community. Support is personalised around each person’s communication preferences, strengths and aspirations.
Guided by our Strive model, this is strengthened by specialist Positive Behaviour Support and a multidisciplinary team approach, helping people develop daily living skills, enjoy meaningful routines and flourish in a place they can truly call home.
