Specialist Supported Living in Loughborough

Building skills, friendships, and confidence in everyday life
Hazel Road is a warm and welcoming supported living home in the heart of Loughborough. It’s a place where young adults with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or mental health needs can grow their independence while feeling part of something special.
The main bungalow offers shared living for four people, with four bright ensuite bedrooms, a communal kitchen and lounge, and a sunny conservatory that opens onto a peaceful garden. There’s also a self-contained annex on-site, offering a more independent option with easy access to shared spaces when connection calls.
Everyday life here is shaped by the people who live at Hazel Road. Whether it’s volunteering, attending college, or joining local community groups, support is guided by our Strive model of support – helping people flourish through connection, choice, and capability.
