Pen-y-Bont Court feels personal from the very first hello. We support people living with dementia, brain injuries, neurological conditions and Huntington’s disease – and we do it with warmth, clinical expertise and heart. With 43 en-suite bedrooms across two floors, this calm nursing home is designed for people with complex needs – including those with behaviours that challenge.
Our team follows the Strive care model and we’re proudly accredited by the Huntington’s Disease Association. With on-site therapies, including physio, SALT, OT and PBS, and a large conservatory for group activities, we create personalised pathways that focus on strengths, support goals and promote independence every step of the way.
