Briar House

Briar House is a residential six-bedroomed detached house with a large, secluded, secure rear garden. All bedrooms are en-suite.

We have a long-standing team of experienced colleagues who provide 24-hour care, helping the people we support with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.

The house is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Horley but is closer to other amenities with a bus stop just outside providing a fast track service to Gatwick, Crawley or Redhill.

All timetables are structured and meet the needs of individual clients. They are adapted and changed to suit the choices of the clients at Briar where interest or seasons change.

All colleagues are PROACT-SCIPr-UK® trained. PROACT-SCIPr-UK® is a ‘whole approach’ to working with adults with learning disabilities. It follows the positive behaviour support model and focuses on proactive methods to avoid triggers which may lead to behavioural challenges.
