Safeguarding

Keeping people safe is everyone’s responsibility. We are committed to creating safe, respectful environments where every person feels valued and protected.

Our colleagues are trained to recognise signs of harm and raise concerns quickly so the people we support are always safe.

Safeguarding

We take our responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of the people we support very seriously.

We aim to create safe, welcoming environments where every person is valued, respected and able to speak up if something doesn’t feel right.

Our colleagues are trained to recognise signs of abuse, neglect or harm and to raise concerns immediately. Clear safeguarding procedures ensure every concern is taken seriously and acted on quickly.

If you have a safeguarding concern or want a copy of our safeguarding policy, speak to a home manager or a member of our team.

Whistleblowing

We encourage you to raise concerns if something doesn’t feel right. Speaking up helps us protect the people we support and maintain safe homes.

Concerns can be raised directly with managers or senior colleagues, but we also partner with See Hear Speak Up, an independent whistleblowing helpline, so you can report concerns confidentially if preferred.
