Brain Injury
Specialist support for adults living with acquired and traumatic brain injuries, helping people rebuild independence and daily life after life-changing events.
Our homes and support teams focus on helping people rediscover what is possible after injury, with care that balances rehabilitation and everyday living with confidence.
Brain Injury Support
Every 90 seconds someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with a brain injury, and many people require long-term support once hospital rehabilitation ends.
Brain injuries can happen suddenly and have lasting effects on physical health, thinking, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Some people may need support with memory, communication or emotional regulation, while others benefit from rehabilitation support and structured environments to regain skills and confidence.
We support adults living with a range of brain injuries, including:
- Traumatic brain injury (TBI) caused by accidents or falls
- Acquired brain injury (ABI) after a stroke, infection or abuse
- Hypoxic and anoxic brain injury
- Brain injuries linked to neurological conditions
How we support people
Support after a brain injury often changes over time, depending on the person’s recovery journey and long-term needs. This is often following hospital rehabilitation or specialist neurological services. Our options include:

Shared homes with 24/7 support, offering structured environments and continued therapeutic support.
Supported Living Homes
Shared or self-contained homes for those that need flexible support to build independence in their own home following rehabilitation.
Complex Nursing Homes
In Wales, we provide nursing support for people with complex neuro needs, with on-site clinical care, ongoing rehab and therapy input.
