Supporting You

Acquired Brain Injury

Our services provide care for a range of conditions. We specialise in helping people with brain injury through our holistic approach to management and rehabilitation. This can be both in our residential settings as well as in supported living environments for when people begin to gain independence. At every step of the journey, we’ll work closely with the people we support and their families to ensure the approach is tailored to each individual’s rehabilitation.

Our tailored support to rehabilitation

All our services work alongside specialists in the field to ensure that best practice and innovation is maintained. Specialists also offer direct therapeutic support to individuals as needed. Our teams provide initial assessments and ongoing care for people with brain injury.

Nursing led teams take a positive approach to rehabilitation towards a full and active life for people with a range of traumatic and acquired brain injuries.

Brain Injury services focus on rehabilitation and development of people’s skills as they step down from hospital on the next step of their recovery journey.

Our team offer a range of models including nursing and residential care and supported living services.

“The ivolve Group were such a great help when I suffered a stroke in 2018. They helped me to regain my independence.”

Complex Care

As a result of a brain injury, people we support can often have additional needs that require more complex care. This could include mental health issues, addiction or epilepsy. Our colleagues are qualified and experienced to support people as we help them to improve.

With continued clinical input from the internal Multi Disciplinary Team, people receive personalised support focussed on setting and achieving short, medium and long term goals.
